Introduction

My name is Tako Popma. With my enterprise Link-EU I work as independent consultant specialised in projects and programmes financed by the EU. The essence of my work is to enable cooperation among actors from different European countries - for knowledge exchange, research and investment.

My expertise covers consortium building and project design of EU cooperation projects, writing successful bids for EU funding and project management. On issues such as sustainable energy, mobility, circular economy, nature protection and climate adaptation. I have also supported many EU funding programmes with programme design, evaluation & monitoring and capacity building expertise.
